Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the ongoing oversight process.
